1. Returns/Refunds 

Buyer may ask for the return of purchased items ("Item") and/or refund as long as it is within the return policy period of seven (7) days from delivery date as specified in the Terms of Service.  

Konstruk Customer Service will give aid in resolving specific problems that may emerge during the transaction. Buyers and sellers may communicate privately with one another to discuss their issues,  or they may seek their respective local authorities for assistance in resolving any disputes. 

2. Request for the Return of an Item

Only under the following conditions may the Buyer request for a refund and/or return of the Item:  

  • The Item has not been received by the Buyer;
  • Upon delivery, the item was defective and/or damaged;  
  • Seller has delivered to Buyer an item that does not meet the agreed-upon specifications  (e.g., incorrect size, color, etc.);  
  • If the Item supplied to Buyer differs considerably from the description given by Seller in the listing of the Item; or if the Item delivered to Buyer differs materially from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Item;  
  • By way of a private agreement between Seller and Buyer. However, the Seller must inform Konstruk of his/her agreement with the Buyer.  

The Buyer must submit his/her request for a refund and/or return through the Konstruk Customer  Service.  

Processing will be made within Ten (10) calendar days from the day the return/refund request was submitted.  

In the case that Buyer has filed a lawsuit against Seller, Buyer may submit to Konstruk a formal notification from the proper authority requesting that Konstruk keep the purchase funds on hold until a formal determination is made. Konstruk will determine whether or not it is essential to keep such purchase funds on hand at its sole and absolute discretion.

3. Conditions on Returning Item

Buyer should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary products such as accessories that come with the Item, is returned to Seller in the same condition as it was received by Buyer upon delivery in order to have a hassle-free return experience. We urge that the Buyer take a photo of the item as soon as possible after receiving it. 

4. Product Forward Shipping Fee and Return Shipping Fee Liability

i) In the event of a Seller's unanticipated error (i.e., damaged, faulty, or incorrect product delivered to the buyer), the Seller will cover the Buyer's forward and return shipping fees.

ii) In the event of a Buyer’s change of mind, the Buyer must obtain Seller’s approval prior to submitting a return request, and the Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. 

iii) In the event that both the Seller and the Buyer disagree about who is responsible for the forward shipping charge and return shipment fee, KONSTRUK will decide who is responsible for the forward shipping fee and return shipping fee at its sole discretion. 

5. Refunds

The buyer will be refunded only after KONSTRUK has received confirmation from Merchant that the returned item has been received. If KONSTRUK does not hear from Merchant within 7 days, KONSTRUK reserves the right to refund the corresponding amount to the Buyer without additional notice to the Seller. Refund will be made to the Buyer’s credit/debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable. 

6. Buyer and Seller Communication

In the case that an issue emerges during a transaction, KONSTRUK encourages Merchants and Buyers to interact with one another. Because KONSTRUK is a platform for users to trade, any issues with the item purchased should be addressed directly with the Merchant.
